Try our famous Ocean Trout Platter!
Our fresh Australian Ocean Trout is cured overnight in-house using our family’s secret brine recipe and then smoked to perfection for 6 hours in our smokeroom. This delicious party starter is served with Capers, Spanish Onion, Avocado & Garlic Dressing and Crispbreads.

Life gets really busy sometimes. Our team is here to help with our delicious platter selection for any occasion to make getting organised a bit easier. Whether you are entertaining at home, having a birthday party, need to cater for a meeting or just want to treat yourself, we have a platter to suit.
Ordering
To avoid disappointment we ask that you place your order with a minimum of 48 hours prior to your pick up. This is much appreciated so that we can give your order the time and attention it deserves.
Easy Pick-Up
When ordering, please nominate if you require a specific pick-up time. We will have your order ready for you to collect so all you need to do is pick-up and get on with your event!
